The spectacular Wood Duck Drake is featured on this CD. In addition to the sculpting of the head, detail feather carving on the head is shown. Along with this the images demonstrate Pat Godin’s techniques for texturing and burning of the fine head feathers and also the larger breast feathers. Much emphasis is placed on the painting of the brilliant green, blue, and violet iridescence present on this bird.
